Adam West - CEO –

Adam is passionate about the essential role of nonprofits, having returned to the U.S. in 2025 after a three-year assignment to oversee and support nearly five hundred full-time young adult volunteers in Europe. Prior to that, Adam was a Vice President at UnitedHealth Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors at OptumLabs (Asia). In addition to these roles, he has also served as CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, and Head of HR for venture research firm, Savvysherpa, which he helped to grow from about 40 employees to about 500. He has also served as Treasurer of an inner-city charter school that addresses the educational needs of low-income families, including children (from birth to 6th grade) and adults. Adam has an MBA from Oxford and was a Hinckley Scholar at Brigham Young University.
